NRT is pleased to invite GTA members to join for Georgetown Alumni events before and after the 3pm matinee on Saturday, February 24th.
Join us at 2:00pm for a reception at Theaterlab before the show
Join fellow alumni for drinks, bites, and conversation afterwards at American Whiskey (247 W 30th St)!
This will be a great opportunity to get to know some other NYC-based Hoyas who have an interest in theater and the arts. If you already bought a ticket for a different performance and want to change it to Saturday’s, please just let NRT know!

Tickets for the show can be purchased HERE! If you or anyone you know feels the cost would be prohibitive, please reach out. New Relic Theatre wants to share this with as many people as possible!
Hope to see you there! If you can't make it to this one, feel free to follow New Relic on Instagram for updates or join the New Relic mailing list to hear about future events and opportunities.
New Relic seeks Accounting and Tax Advisor
New Relic Theatre is looking for accounting help as a recently incorporated nonprofit performing arts company. The leaders of the company are looking for someone with non-profit tax and accounting experience to offer advice on understanding their tax obligations and the reporting requirements as a new nonprofit corporation in New York State. Please contact info@newrelictheatre.org if you would be willing to advise them.
Toby Clark Retires
We'd like to congratulate Toby Clark on his retirement from Georgetown last year. Toby served in a number of production roles on campus for over 16 years, including most recently as Technical Advisor to the co-curricular theater groups. He was a devoted advocate for student theater and encouraged students, regardless of their background, to pursue technical and production roles. Toby was also an early supporter of the Georgetown Theatre Alliance - it was his prompting at the 2018 Mask and Bauble Banquet that led to the rekindling of GTA's activity. We send him best wishes for a well earned and relaxing retirement!
GTA Hosts Career Panel for Students
In September, GTA hosted a career panel for students on campus who are considering a career in the arts. Many thanks to our panelists, Ben Sullivan, Caitlin Dutkiewicz, Jordanna Hernandez, Mar Cox, and T. Chase Meacham, who shared thoughtful insight on their own varied careers in the arts (as well as great stories from their time on campus).
Save the Date: Reunion 2024
We're excited to announce that we'll be hosting a reunion event on Friday, May 31 at the Davis Performing Arts Center in collaboration with the Theater & Performance Studies Program. More details soon!
